Every time you try to find a realtor everyone has an opinion with who you should choose but my heart said to choose Pat and I’m so happy and blessed that I did!! Not only did he go above and beyond with negotiations and being patient with me with every detail. He truly helped me through the process. He exceeded all expectations of taking care of me. The whole team did! He even communicated when he was on vacation. He still helped me get things done. It definitely shows his character and what he is willing to do for his clients! He definitely makes himself available all the time to you, which is amazing to have especially when you’re anxious half the time. Working with Pat was like working with your friend that would jump fires for you even though he has a really busy life and I was truly thankful for every moment of the process. The team constantly communicated, were punctual, kept it real, and just very amazing to work with! They were thorough and explained everything and even answered any dumb questions I may have had.
