With the inherent desire to help people and the belief that real estate is one of the best investments and achievements people can make, Patrick decided to get his real estate license.  After seven years of working solo, Patrick decided it was time to expand his reach and in 2022 he established Wolgemuth Realty with his wife Kristy and started a team.

Being part Inupiaq and growing up between Anchorage and the Alaska Native village of Utqiagvik, Patrick saw an opportunity to help people and their families grow through Real Estate investing.  He became licensed in 2015 and has assisted numerous people in transactions throughout the state, including selling the largest housing development built in Utqiagvik since the 90s.  He is well versed in adapting to rural development standards and problem solving with clients, agents, and lenders to help buyers and sellers cross the finish line to a closed deal. 
 
Outside of real estate, he is a family man, an avid fisherman and a sports fan.   He loves spending time with his two young children and wife building forts in his living room to adventuring throughout the state.

As a third generation Alaskan, Kiefer has been involved in the local community since he was a child. From participating in scouts as a kid, to facilitating local elections at polling stations as a teen, he has always enjoyed helping others and his community. Before Wolgemuth Realty, Kiefer was in the service industry, as he has always had a propensity for working with people. He has even worked on some local films and advertisements. It is his passion to help Anchorage grow and develop and to assist others in achieving their real estate goals.
 
Kiefer graduated from West Anchorage High School and attended UAA before finding his calling in real estate. He has over 15 years experience serving Alaskans in various capacities and looks forward to serving you on your real estate journey.

Kristy’s love for Alaska runs deep as she moved here in 2007 after just one visit.  After attending college at UAA and spending the following nine years in an office in product development, Kristy made the leap into real estate to focus more on her family and help Patrick grow his real estate business.  Her marketing and management experience and attention to detail help keep the team and all their transactions organized and running as smooth as possible.
 
She loves adventuring, hiking, fishing, camping, skiing, and just about anything outdoors.  She finds much joy in sharing everything the great state of Alaska has to offer with others, especially her family and friends.
